These terms govern your use of the blixstar website and our AI automation services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
blixstar designs, builds, and maintains AI agents, workflow automations, and related integrations. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate statement of work.
Intellectual property
Custom automations developed for a client are transferred to that client upon full payment, except for blixstar's pre-existing frameworks and libraries, which remain our property and are licensed for use.
Limitation of liability
blixstar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of automations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
